This, the office’s main department, offers guidance and preventive and/or corrective consulting concerning the tax matters affecting the activities of legal and natural persons, both Spanish and foreign.

The preventive consulting service enables clients to prepare for any contingency of a taxation nature, performing analysis, evaluation and planning, while providing recommendations on the case, in order to avoid and/or correct operations, records and facts concerning taxation.

Furthermore, our services comprise activities such as consultation and management of any class of administrative procedures of a taxation nature, the presentation of claims, and lodging and substantiating contentious-administrative actions.

MERCANTILE AND CIVIL LEGAL CONSULTING DEPT

Client consultation concerning prevention of litigation and the resolution of disputes via alternative means to the judiciary, such as negotiation, arbitration and out-of-court mediation. When, after having exhausted those alternative means to resolve disputes, the latter cannot be solved, we offer our clients comprehensive consultation on the legal processes that must be initiated or faced, whether as plaintiff or defendant.

Study, negotiation and redaction of civil or mercantile contracts (purchase and sale of real property, purchase and sale of personal property, donation, rentals, exchange, leasing, loans, etc.). Consultation available for both Spanish citizens and foreigners.
